Building design work is the responsibility of architect, structure engineer and system engineer. Efficient design will match with project owner need, good looking style, convenient to use by architecture basis, structure system match with building style and existing land, strong and economic design and choose appropriated material with modern style. Generally, in designing process the project owner cannot check the quality of drawings, they will know in construction process or finish such as abnormal expensive construction price, cracking building, sinking building, inconvenient to use, too warm, bad air condition, not enough light, water leak etc. If these problems happened, it's hard to repair and high costs. Designing process is very important, you should choose experience and trustful designer because most of home owner will probably build only one house in their life. Some of them copy other design to build their house to save designing fee but they will loose a lot more in construction work to get inappropriate house compare with land or inappropriate with residential which may cause extended problems.

           Detail of project design is up to type of project such as residential project need permit drawing 1-3 but if perfect drawing to finish construction need additional 4 or 5. For republic project or factory the construction drawing need 1-6.
           Drawing design fee is up to land size and project value i.e. 150,000 baht for permit drawing area less than 300 square meter, if include all system drawing fees =200,000 baht.
