               o Inspect all works of contractors to follow the correct construction technical
               o Consultant work to solve the problem between construction
               o Accelerate and supervise construction job to follow job planning and finish on time
               o Inspect the progress work for considering payment due period
               o Project budget management 
               o Inspect materials and equipment of the contractor using in the job be qualified with the drawing & specification
               o Represent the job owner to coordinate with the contractor
               o Arrange the meeting, coordinate and make the meeting report
               o Inspect safety of construcion for all workers and external persons
               o Make the report to descripte all job details and summary work report to the work owner Service Fees Rate base on type and size of project 
                 
                  Ex.1. 4 floor Apartment use 1 Project Engineer 3 days/week and System Engineer 1 days/week total fees 40,000 baht/month
                  Ex.2. 5,000 sq.m. Factory use 1 Project Engineer 6 days/week, System Engineer 1 days/week, and 1 Project Manager(Senior Engineer) 1 days/week total fees 80,000 baht/month
