After design work finished and before to start the construction work we have the pre-construction work to do. If The pre construction work clear,The construction work will be smoothly work with less problems. The pre-construction work include of 
               
             3.1 Prepare construction fair price for all jobs which mentioned (service charges 10,000 up, depend on job size)
             3.2 Arrange tender bids between employer and contractors, include all involving tender bids documents and analysis and compare all the contractors' price, negotiate to submit the reasonable price and good contractor (service charges 20,000 up, depend on job size)
             3.3 Arrange all the contracts between employer and contractors and prepare all involving contract documents (service charges 5,000 up, depend on job size)
             3.4 Coordinate for construction permit with the involving department, all additional allowance (special costs) is an obligation of the employer (service charges 10,000 up, depend on job size)
